Our head office is at 11 Amby Drive, Msasa, Harare. We deliver projects across Zimbabwe — including Harare, Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Victoria Falls and surrounding rural districts — for residential, commercial, industrial and public-sector clients.
We provide six integrated service lines: design, surveying and planning; construction and civil engineering; renovations and interiors; solar, electrical and plumbing; landscaping and external works; and bulk building materials supply.

Yes. Our scope ranges from single-room refurbishments and solar retrofits to multi-storey commercial developments, factories and public infrastructure delivered on a turnkey basis.
All designs are prepared by registered professionals and submitted for local-authority approval. We handle permit acquisition, structural sign-offs and inspections so that every project meets Zimbabwean building codes.
A standard residential home takes 6–9 months, commercial builds 9–18 months, and solar or renovation projects 1–6 weeks depending on scope. We share a detailed programme before work begins.
Design, Surveying & Planning — questions
Yes — we prepare full submission drawings, structural reports and BOQs, and lodge them with the relevant Harare or municipal authority on your behalf.
Every design package includes photoreal 3D renders and walk-throughs so you can experience the space before construction begins.
Yes. Surveying, contour mapping and site analysis are available as stand-alone services for clients working with another designer.
Construction & Civil Engineering — questions
Yes — warehouses, factories, office blocks, retail centres, and multi-storey developments are core to our practice.
We deliver internal estate roads, parking, stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation and earthworks alongside the main build.
We work on fixed-price or open-book contracts with milestone reporting, so you have full visibility on cost and programme at every stage.
Renovations & Interiors — questions
Yes. We phase work and use dust containment so retail, office or hospitality spaces can keep trading during a refurbishment.
We design and fabricate custom cabinetry, reception counters, wardrobes and feature joinery in-house.
Solar, Electrical & Plumbing — questions
We size systems based on a free energy audit of your bills and loads — typical homes use 3–10 kW, while commercial sites can run 20 kW to 1 MW hybrid plants.
Yes — we install grid-tied, hybrid and off-grid systems using tier-1 lithium batteries and certified inverters with full warranty support.
We provide boreholes, pump installation, water reticulation, sewer connections and septic systems as part of an integrated services package.
Landscaping & External Works — questions
Yes — concrete and fibreglass pools, plus decking, lighting and water-treatment systems are delivered turnkey.
We offer optional monthly maintenance contracts covering irrigation, pruning, lawn care and pool servicing.
Building Materials Supply — questions
Cement, bricks, aggregates, reinforcement steel, structural timber, roofing sheets, paints, plumbing fittings, tiles, solar kits and general hardware.
Yes — we deliver in bulk across Zimbabwe with our own fleet and partner logistics for remote sites.
Registered contractors and developers receive volume-based trade pricing and account terms on application.
